Please read these Terms and Conditions of the "Agreement" carefully before using this website. By using mybluejay.in or any other websites (collectively, the "BJMPL"), owned and operated by BLUE JAY MARKETING (OPC) PVT LTD, (referred to herein as "BJMPL," "we," "us” and "our”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use any of the BLUE JAY MARKETING (OPC) PVT LTD.BJMPL reserves the right to change this Agreement, in whole or in part, from time to time at their sole discretion, and will strive to provide you with notice of such change by any reasonable means, including without limitation posting the revised draft of this Agreement on the BLUE JAY MARKETING (OPC) PVT LTD. You should always check this Agreement prior to using the BJMPL. Your continued use of the BLUE JAY MARKETING (OPC) PVT LTD following the posting of changes to this Agreement will mean that you accept these changes.

Users (customer/distributors) can make his grievance request by two ways:

  • By filing a grievance feedback form link given on the website footer area.
  • By opening a support ticket with Nature of Ticket “Grievance”.

Customer Support

  • In case customers/distributors face any technical issues while raising a grievance, they can directly call on given number +91-78939 10399.
  • Also, they can write an email to info@mybluejay.in

Support Ticket

  • Customers have a right to create support requests/grievance requests by using the Support Ticket option. Active customers can raise a grievance request by clicking Login > Support Ticket > Open New Ticket > Ticket Nature (Grievance).

Grievance Redressal

  • After receiving a grievance request our grievance department will reply within 48 working hours by using a support ticket system to follow up case related elements.
  • If the customer/distributor does not respond within 30 days of receiving the reply from the grievance department side will consider the issue resolved.
